This Index was created as a tool to strengthen gender equality in the workplace. It is based on 5 indicators: - Gender wage gap - score: 36/40 - Proportion of individual salary increases – score: 20/20 - Proportion of promotions - score: 15/15 - Salary increase upon return from maternity leave – score: 15/15 - Gender parity amongst the top 10 highest paid employees within the company – score: 10/10
