Between each point, tap your skin on the designated area with the pads of all four fingers.

STEP 1 Place both hands on your lower face, then lightly pinch the skin from the chin up to the ears. Repeat 3 times

STEP 2 Place both hands on your cheekbones, then lightly pinch the skin from the sides of the nose to the temples. Repeat 3 times

STEP 3 Place both hands on the brow bones, then lightly pinch the skin from the start of each eyebrow over to the temples. Repeat 3 times

STEP 4 Place your fingertips along the hairline. Make circular movements, using firm pressure. Lift your whole face by sliding your fingertips up towards the scalp. Repeat twice.
